Notes:

  • 2 night minimum. 1 night stays are permitted based on availability (incurs a $30 surcharge)
  • Weekends are Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
  • Spring Break (March 12-23) is weekend rate
  • Thanksgiving (Nov 26-29) is weekend rate - 4 night minimum
  • Deposit of 50% is required for reservation. 
  • Extra persons (over 8 in Northside/Angler, over 12 in Overlook ) - $10 for each adult, $5 for children (12 and under) in a cabin.
  • Boat Slip - $15/night.
  • Pet Fee - $10/night per pet.  No pets in Captains Quarters unless both suites rented.
  • Weekly rates apply for check-in on any day except Saturday (add 10% for Sat check-in)
  • Damage/Cleaning deposit of $100 ($150 for Overlook Lodge) held against credit card imprint at check-in.  Deposit not run against the card if cabins are fully cleaned and no damage.  See rules and regulations for cleaning requirements.  Cabins with washer/dryer (Northside,Overlook and Angler) require linens and towels that are used be washed prior to departure.
